When to Arrange Shipment ?

After we receive your confirmed order and payment, we usually arrange shipment within 1 working day with stock available in most cases or we will agree with you on another shipment day due to occasional stock shortage.

Shipping Leadtime and Local Warehouses:

We deploy stock in different regions. Delivery leadtime will be around 1 to 7 days after payment if stock is available at a local warehouse while it is about 2 weeks if we ship from China. For example, it is 1 to 3 days’ transport from Germany warehouse to Germany customers and 3 to 7 days’ to other EU customers. We will try our best to provide shortest leadtime to you for specific orders. Please check with our customer service about shipping leadtime for your specific orders.

We usually use main express service companies like DHL, UPS, DPD etc, and we will provide tracking number to you once your order is shipped.
