Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If we agree to cancel the order, you will get a full refund. Order cannot be cancelled if the product is already shipped out.

Goods Return

We accept return of products if there are functional quality issues, goods damage or wrong goods etc. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after receiving products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

Payment Refund

Once your goods return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct or have functional quality issues, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product if it is seller’s fault.
