Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we have minimum order quantity as shown by product links depending on product models. Order quantity must be multiples of 10 pcs as it is 10 pcs per pack (display box) for a single flavor.
How to choose flavors
You can specify flavors (or codes) from the flavor list for each product when ordering or we will ship products of randomly mixed flavors as a normal practice according to stock available, 10 pcs per pack for a single flavor.
Do you provide door to door delivery of products?
Yes, we will ship products to your specified address, no worry on that.
How about the shipping fees?
All shipping cost is already included in specific orders when you make payment.
What is the average delivery leadtime?
We deploy stock in different regions outside China. Delivery leadtime will be around 1 to 7 days after payment if stock is available at local warehouse while it is about 15 days if we ship from China. For example, it is 1 to 3 days’ transport from Germany warehouse to Germany customers and 3 to 7 days’ to other EU customers. We will try our best to provide shortest leadtime to you for specific orders.
